touch titleThe Byron Bay Touch Football Grand Final was played between Warren Simmons' Dingos and the Southern Cross Credit Union.

After a fast and furious 40 minutes of play, the Dingos were eventually triumphant. At half time however, scores were locked at 3-3 and when young tempers flared, referee Barnes was quick to enforce his authority to cool down the situation. The second half showed that youth and speed is a major advantage in the game of touch, and the young Dingos regained composure to win the game 8-4.

The 2005 season is due to commence January 19. Any new teams wishing to nominate can contact Neil Cameron on mobile 0419274798.
