Adrian swings into a hole-in-one

Local golfer Adrian Snow swung the shot of his life when he bagged a hole-in-one recently at the Mullumbimby Golf Club.

Mr Snow was handed a cheque for $398 for his once-in-a -lifetime shot from Mullumbimby accountant Bill Nicholls who sponsors the ninth hole.

A member of the club for 15 years, Mr Snow was competing in a singles stableford event, hitting 160 metres to claim his hole-in-one.

The prize hasn’t gone off for more than 18 months, with the sponsorship starting at $200 and increasing $2 for every week until it goes off again.
