Hordes of undead hit Sydney for Brain Foundation charity

APN NEWSDESKCOLD in blood but warm in heart, hordes of the undead have raised more than $10,000 for the Brain Foundation as the annual Sydney Zombie Walk shuffled into Prince Alfred Park.

Now in its fourth year, thousands of the damned donned gruesome and bloodied outfits, with donations more than doubling the $4000 raised in 2012.

The walk is believed to have begun in the American city of Sacramento but has since infected populations across the world, including annual events in Brisbane and Melbourne.
