Hawthorn stars back from injury to slam Collingwood

A TRIO of Hawthorn stars will return for tonight's big clash with Collingwood at the MCG.

Skipper Luke Hodge (thumb), Lance Franklin (hamstring) are in the line-up after missing last week's win over St Kilda, while Grant Birchall (knee) makes his comeback after missing seven games.

Jon Simpkin, Matt Spangher and Sam Grimley are the ones to make way.

The Magpies are going in with the same team that beat the Swans last weekend.

Gary Rohan is in the running to play his first game for the Sydney Swans since breaking his leg in round four last year against the Saints on Sunday.
