Trained as a mental health support worker a qualified counsellor and now specialising in ACT Therapy I have spent much of my life seeking the best way to help people better understand feelings of stress anxiety depression and improving self confidence.

Simply having someone to talk to through the tougher times can help you get back on track when you're feeling overwhelmed. By applying general counselling techniques and the ACT model we work together to find the best path forward for you.
