GeoLINK is a well-established, multidisciplinary environmental management and design practice with 4 offices in northern NSW. We are looking for a motivated, part time office coordinator (3 days per week, 9am 5pm) to ensure the smooth delivery of administration and reception for our busy office in Lennox Head
Do you have advanced MS Office (Word and Excel) and report production skills?
Are you an experienced administrator, who can prioritise varying tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines?
Do you have excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills?
Do you love to approach computers and technology with a no fear attitude?
Are you a strong team player, as well as having the ability to work autonomously?
Are you a proficient typist?
Do you have a NSW Driver Licence and can drive a manual vehicle?
