2009 All Girls club champion, Kingscliff’s Codie Klein who also represented the FNC region and NSW at the Australian Titles last year. The All Girls Surfriders Club began in 1992 and has seen surfer girls develop into amateur worldjunior champions.

The FNC regional All Girls Surfriders Club welcomes new members to the 2010 season.

 President Maz Pentecost said the club was a great place for girls to compete in a friendly environment at a level that was challenging and fun.

The sign-on day is February 21 from 8.30am to 10.30am at Lennox Head.

 Coaching with Jenny Boggis starts at 9.30am till 11.30 and girls must be signed up and have their own boards.

 Essentially this is competition pointers as well as general improvement tips.

The club is designed for all females eight years plus who can surf at a proficient level (ie able to at least stand up in white wash) beginnerto advanced level and longboard (9’0 plus.)

The first club round is February 28 at Lennox Head at 7am.

The club conducts a free coaching/tips session for each division, social barbecue day, an annual campout surfari and 10 monthly competitive rounds per year with an end-of-year presentation.

Club members are encouraged to participated in all elements of the club competition - judging, surfing and learning how a contest is run.
