Escapees still on the run

TWO prisoners are still on the loose after escaping from a NSW prison on the weekend.

The men, aged 23 and 24, went missing from the minimum security Oberon Correctional Centre about 4pm Saturday.

Geoffrey Peter Brown, serving a seven and a half year term for driving and robbery offences, is described as being Caucasian, 177cm tall and slim with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Fellow inmate Christopher Kenneth Little is serving thee years and two months for breaching parole, assault and property offences and is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Island appearance, 175cm tall and thin with brown hair and eyes.

Both men were last seen wearing prison greens.

Police are urging anyone who sees the men not to approach but to dial 000.
