DIXON, Allan Frederick Late of Tea Tree Place, East Ballina. Passed away on on the 22nd May 2013. Aged 82 Years Loved Husband of Elsie. Beloved Father and Father in law of Glyn and Anita, Sandra and Rudolf, Julie and Ross & Nardia. Devoted Grandfather of Sheldyn, Annette, Kyle, Addison, Jordan, Emily, Abigail, Mark and Scott. The Relatives and Friends of the Late Allan Dixon are respectfully invited to attend His Memorial Service, to be held at the Kingdom Hall, of Jehovah's Witnesses, Ballina. With the service commencing at 2pm on the 25th of May 2013.

Dr. Kenneth Daniel HATFIELD 20/08/1924-16/05/2013 Late of Lindendale, formerly of Bellevue Hill. Much loved Husband and friend of Harriet for over 36 years; Brother of the late Sam and Roy Hatfield and Uncle to their Families. In keeping with Ken's wishes, a private funeral service was held on Thursday 23rd May, 2013.

NATIVE TITLE AUTHORISATION MEETING Date and Time: Tuesday 11 June 2013, 9:30am - 5:00pm Wednesday 12 June 2013, 9:00am - 4:00pm Place: YWCA NSW, Northern Rivers 101a Rous Road, Goonellabah NSW 2480 NTSCORP Limited, the native title service provider for NSW, is convening a meeting for all Aboriginal people who assert native title rights and interests in an area of land and waters in the northern rivers region of NSW, in and around Lismore, Alstonville, Wollongbar, Gundurimba, Wyrallah, Tuckurimba, Larnook, Modanville, Clunes, The Channon, Minyon, most of Nightcap National Park, Whian Whian State Forest, Nimbin and Blue Knob. As shown in the black outline on the map below, this area is bounded by: Bagotville, Tuckean Nature Reserve and Tucki Tucki to the south; Bungabee State Forest and Cawongla to the west; part of Mebbin State Forest, Lillian Rock, and a large part of Nightcap National Park to the north; and Montecollum, Possum Creek, and Alstonville to the east. The meeting is being convened to discuss and authorise the filing of a native title determination application over the area described above. The AGENDA for the meeting is: 1. Review of native title law and processes; 2. Decision making process of the claimant group; 3. Considering and authorising a native title determination application over the area described above; 4. Authorising the Applicant to make the native title determination application; and 5. Discussion of the desired outcomes of the native title determination application. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided. Please contact NTSCORP by Wednesday 5 June 2013 to confirm your attendance at the meeting. Limited assistance for travel and accommodation may be available but you will need to complete a registration and mileage form and return it to NTSCORP by 5 June 2013. Notification of Proposed NBN Co Radio Network Base Station Facilities The National Broadband Network is a high speed broadband network that is intended to utilise a combination of optical fibre, fixed radio (wireless) and satellite technology to offer advanced broadband services to premises across Australia. As part of the fixed radio (wireless) component of the Network, NBN Co is proposing to establish a series of radio network base stations to provide high quality wireless broadband services to customers in the rural and rural / urban fringe areas of the Richmond Valley Local Government Area. The facilities proposed will involve the installation of up to 3 panel antennas and up to 2 microwave dish antennas on each of the proposed new monopole structures in the following localities as described below: * Coraki - 30 meter monopole - 206 Henderson Street, Coraki, NSW 2471 (Lot 205, DP755631). * Leeville - 35 meter monopole - 9085 Summerland Way, Leeville, NSW 2470 (Lot 97, DP650914). * Tatham - 40 meter monopole - 1 Wageners Road, Tatham, NSW 2471 (Lot 2, DP102944) Associated radio equipment will be housed in small cabinets or a single equipment shelter established adjacent to the monopoles. NBN Co regards the proposed monopole structures as Complying Development under State Environmental Planning Policy (Infrastructure) 2007 and the associated antenna and equipment facilities as Low Impact Facilities under the Telecommunications (Low-Impact Facilities) Determination 1997. In the circumstances they do not require planning approval from Richmond Valley Council.
